Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams, coach analysts, and deliver pricing analyses for commercial auto opportunities. This remote role interacts with clients and internal partners to drive high-quality decisions.

You will oversee pricing projects, develop pricing strategies, and ensure timely delivery, with travel as needed for enterprise meetings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 5 years post-bachelor experience
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 3 years in personal lines
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to coach and train staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead actuarial pricing projects for auto
• Oversee analysts and consultants, provide coaching and direction
• Review consultants' work and ensure timely delivery
• Manage teams' time, workload and tradeoffs
