Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing projects. You will coach staff, oversee analyses, and ensure timely, high-quality results for commercial auto pricing.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, pricing strategy development, and cross-functional leadership in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field required.
• 5+ years of post-bachelor statistical/actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3 years experience in personal lines pricing.
• ACAS designation required or willingness to pursue.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Experience presenting analyses and pricing strategies to internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Manage and train actuarial staff and analysts within the department.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints.
• Present pricing recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
