Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing and analytical projects. You will oversee analyses, support decision-making, and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality work.

The role emphasizes coaching, project leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a remote, national setting.

Formación

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff.
• 3+ years managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
