Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Customer Service Representative at our Winston-Salem - Southwest service center. You will greet customers, provide exceptional service, monitor workload, and coordinate rental cars to ensure a seamless experience for insured and non-insured clients.

You will also work across multiple software systems, assist with billing and authorizations, and help keep the center running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver extraordinary service.
• Monitor center workload and suggest load level adjustments.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers for one-stop service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels.
