Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and ensure timely delivery aligned with the production schedule.

Requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service, and I-Car progress toward Gold Class. Duties include invoicing, vendor liaison, and parts tracking in MIS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service orientation with strong organization under pressure.
• I-Car registration in progress toward Gold Class.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number.
• Monitor parts/vendor invoices and price changes.
• Ensure invoices/credit memos are posted timely.
