Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida seeks a Parts Coordinator to optimize the customer experience by managing the flow of parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely distribution to the shop in line with the production schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong communication skills, and experience with MIS, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years experience with automotive parts (body parts a bonus).
• Customer service orientation with strong organization under pressure.
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and effective communication of customer requests.
• Order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts per repair orders.
• Verify parts quality and accuracy to match production schedule.
