Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to ensure exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts quality and timing to align with production schedules and vehicle needs.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and communicate customer requests to team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track parts by RO number.
• Manage parts pricing changes and vendor invoices for margin control.
