Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

You will verify part quality, track parts with RO numbers, work with vendors, and ensure timely distribution according to production schedules. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and experience with auto body parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3+ years in automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented and able to manage pressure.
• I-CAR Gold Class progress encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution and communicate needs to team.
• Order and receive parts, verify accuracy and track by RO#.
• Distribute parts to shop on schedule and record invoices in MIS.
• Monitor price changes and ensure correct discounts with vendors.
• Maintain documentation, filing and archiving of invoices.
