Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience by managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning auto body parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts, ensuring timely delivery per the production schedule and vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts via MIS, confirm quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Track invoices and vendor discounts to maintain margins.
