Job summary

The Boyd Group in Florida is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process to ensure alignment with KPIs and a smooth repair experience.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, at least a high school diploma, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license and DRP experience are also important.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with DRP processes (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with them.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Support team members as needed.
