Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is part of the job.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience is required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way’s standards for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and staff meetings if required.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold company core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.

Skills
