Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external clients.
• Monitor workload for the center and suggest load level requests when needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies for one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load levels.
