Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance across the shop floor. The role supports Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photography to ensure accurate repairs.

You will arrange transportation, prepare necessary paperwork, and handle active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates, and vendors to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Guide customers with appropriate service and assistance.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform customer deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors.
