Job summary

Caliber Collision in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess needs and guide next steps, while supporting Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, photography and paperwork.

You will coordinate transportation, ensure clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors, and uphold Caliber’s standards and industry guidelines in a fast-paced production shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs; provide guidance and assistance.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
