Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, assess needs, and guide them toward the best repair path. You will support collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, and documenting steps, while maintaining clear communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to deliver personable, World Class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photography.
• Arrange transportation, prepare paperwork, and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber SOPs and industry standards.
