Job summary

Caliber Collision in Glenolden is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs and guide them through the repair process with clear communication.

You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while coordinating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork, with active customer deliveries
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to SOPs
