Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and provide guidance. You will support Collision Estimators by managing drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork for deliveries while maintaining clear communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
