Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and clients.
• Support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure quality repairs.
