Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Tigard, OR to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and provide guidance. You will assist collision estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, photographing, and paperwork, while coordinating transportation and deliveries to ensure smooth repairs.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, clients, teammates and vendors and adherence to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver active customer service while following SOPs and guidelines.
