Job summary

Classic Collision in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of the customer experience. You will explain repair processes, assist with insurance claim information, and coordinate rental cars to provide one-stop service.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the commitment to delivering friendly, efficient service while supporting the center’s DRP and invoicing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes and insurance claim information.
• Coordinate rental car / tow arrangements to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup.
• Assist customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments and track scheduling and rates.
• Support invoicing, payments, and DRP-related records.
• Maintain the customer waiting area and ensure courtesy items are available.
