Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression for customers at the Castle Rock South Repair Center. You will explain repair processes, relay insurance information, and coordinate rental car and tow services to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor and backup teammate.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain sales for the center.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables report daily and monthly.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Ensure customer waiting area is clean and stocked with essentials.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
