• Reviews productivity reports and conducts QA audits.
• Responds to provider requests; handles client accounts.
• Coordinates with Senior Management on incentives and projects.
• Provides ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Monitors daily team revenue and improves process efficiency.
• Maintains client aging and denial handling quality.
