Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and those beyond examiner authority.
• Maintains client relationships and provides written resumes of specific claims as requested.
• Ensures proper licensing in jurisdictions served.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs.
