Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services is seeking a Claims Team Lead, Auto in Florida to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling liability auto claims.

You will monitor workloads, provide training, and guide examiner reports and adjudication. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and compliance with quality standards to support client satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience with at least two years in a supervisor role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required; professional certifications relevant to the line of business preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability auto claims.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports and claim adjudication decisions.
• Review reserves and performance reports; identify trends and propose improvement actions.
• Maintain client relationships with proactive communication and documentation of claim status.
• Ensure reports and claims files are properly documented and compliant with audits.
