Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead, Auto, to supervise multiple examiner teams handling liability claims for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and offer technical direction on claims adjudication while maintaining client relations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6 years of claims experience (including 2 years in supervision), strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with licenses as applicable.
• Six years of claims experience, with two years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of claims examiners and staff.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and directs adjudication.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures quality standards.
• Reviews reserve amounts and supports continuous improvement.
• Ensures licensing and proper documentation in files.
