Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
• Six years of claims experience; two years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple examiners and technical staff across product lines.
• Identify trends and advise management for continuous process improvement.
• Provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Review reserves on high-cost claims and those exceeding authority.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure proper documentation and licensing.
