Qualifications

• Licenses as required; professional certifications as applicable to line of business.
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and ensures quality standards.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims.
• Maintains client relationships and provides updates on claim status.
• Ensures staff are properly licensed in serviced jurisdictions.
