Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead, Auto | PIP to supervise examiner teams and technical staff, manage workloads, and guide adjudication decisions for client claims. You will lead multiple product lines, ensure quality and compliance, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships while promoting professional growth and workplace excellence at Sedgwick.

Qualifications include six years of claims experience with at least two years in supervision; a Bachelor's degree is preferred;

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licenses as required; professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and/or several technical operations colleagues.
• Monitors workloads, identifies trends, and informs management with recommendations.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports and takes appropriate action.
• Performs quality review on claims in compliance with audit requirements and quality standards.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues; implements final disposition.
• Maintains client contact and promotes professional relationships; provides written resumes of claims as requested.
