Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required; professional certifications may apply.
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability auto claims.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and give jurisdictional direction on examiner reports.
• Maintain diaries on claims, including complex or high-exposure cases; ensure accurate documentation.
