Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Automotive Claims handling.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead change and manage regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance.
• Resolve customer service issues and monitor satisfaction and needs.
