Liberty Mutual Insurance in Orlando, FL seeks an Auto Claims Representative. No prior claims experience required; paid training and licensing included. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 2 days per month and in-person training during the first 6 months.

You will guide insureds through the auto claims process from start to finish and deliver exceptional service after an accident. You must be empathetic, a strong communicator and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
