Plymouth Rock Assurance seeks a Claims Express Associate to join a collaborative team and deliver fast, friendly service to auto insurance customers using streamlined processes. You will support customers in simple claims scenarios and help move cases efficiently.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and comfort with Microsoft Office; prior claims or insurance background is preferred. You’ll assist with appointments, document files, and coordinate with other units to resolve

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Knowledge of Claims Pro and Image Right preferred.
• Strong customer service techniques and processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Handle voice and email communications for active claims in a team setting.
• Review Express channel files against criteria and escalate if needed.
• Assist with vehicle inspection scheduling and rental questions.
• Coordinate dispatch or rescheduling of vehicles to required units.
• Route complaints to the appropriate unit for handling.
• Use ISO/LexisNexis to identify carriers for subrogation when applicable.
• Review police reports and identify potential injuries.
• Process estimates and input payments; ensure letters are sent.
