Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking an experienced professional to handle auto property claims in New Jersey. The role involves interpreting policy provisions, interviewing claimants and witnesses, and making coverage determinations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of relevant claims experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of relevant claims experience.
• Strong customer service, organizational, verbal and written skills are required.
• Hands-on PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions to determine coverage in auto property claims.
• Identify and investigate contested coverage claims with recommendations for coverage committee.
• Investigate autos accidents to assess liability and interview claimants, witnesses and other parties.
