You will meet insureds, explain coverage, estimate vehicle damage, and guide them through claims while delivering timely, empathetic customer service and accurate repair estimates.

Qualifications

• Auto collision repair/estimating experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical agility for lifting and evaluating vehicle damage.

Responsibilities

• Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Apply knowledge of market value and other factors affecting repairs.
• Evaluate bid content, photo documentation, and vehicle damage/causation.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls to customers and repair shops.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
