Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience, with three years of management experience preferred.
• Background in auto physical damage strongly preferred; additional auto bodily injury experience considered a plus.
• Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the work activities of claims professionals and claims managers with management responsibility for expectations, direction and coaching.
• Drives productivity and manages expenses while overseeing claim resolution strategies.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high quality and timely claim service.
• Monitors data dashboards and uses analytics to improve performance and identify opportunities.
• Develops collaborative partnerships inside and outside the organization to optimize operations.
