Qualifications

• College degree preferred.

• Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Speak with and engage customers who have been in auto accidents.
• Manage the multiple moving pieces of auto claims.
• Provide customer service and problem-solving support.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and deliver on customer promises.
• Process and handle claims using multiple systems.
• Adapt to office and work-from-home environments, schedules, and customer needs.
• Complete additional in-person training during the first six months.
