Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. This high-energy role blends customer service excellence with problem solving, whether you work at the office or from home.

You will manage multiple moving pieces, stay organized, and deliver the service level customers expect after an accident. A college degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Empathy and customer-centric approach in handling claims.
• Ability to think critically and use resources in a virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking in a structured, paperless setting.
• Familiarity with multiple claim systems and stakeholders.
