Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative to join a Fortune 100 company with comprehensive paid training and licensing. This hybrid role requires you to navigate high-volume claims, guide insureds through the process from start to finish, and deliver empathetic service.

You will work with multiple systems, develop strong time-management skills, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate, timely resolutions while upholding the Liberty Mutual standards of integrity

Qualifications

Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment.
Excellent oral and written communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing and multitasking capabilities in a structured, paperless work environment.
Familiarity with multiple systems used during virtual training and claims processing.
General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
College degree preferred, and/or 1–3 years of related customer service experience or insurance knowledge.
US-based employment only.

Responsibilities

Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
Handle high-volume claims with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Communicate with customers to provide empathetic, solution-focused service.
