Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Auto Claims Representative to guide customers through the claims process from start to finish. No prior claims experience is required as paid training and licensing are included, with a hybrid in-office schedule (minimum 2 days per month).

You will handle high-volume, fast-paced interactions, using strong organizational skills, empathy and problem-solving to help insureds after an accident.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of customer service experience or insurance knowledge.
• Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to think critically and use resources in a virtual environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with strong organizational skills.
• Typing and multitasking in a structured, paperless environment.
• Experience using multiple systems during virtual training and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Coordinate many moving parts and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
• Provide empathetic, customer-centric service to those recently in auto accidents.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and support customers whether in office or remote.
