Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on, 30-day trial within the 18-month Technician Development Program designed to qualify you for advancement in auto body repair. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning dent removal, sanding, and painting while gaining exposure to inspection and repair planning.

The program emphasizes safety, structured training, and teamwork to prepare you for a rewarding career in collision services with opportunities for growth and certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on‑the‑job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
