Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, some related experience, and a willingness to learn. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and growth within a structured development track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools safely and efficiently.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and repair plans.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
