Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a 30-day trial leading to an 18-month Technician Development Program. Trainees work with experienced technicians on auto body repairs, learning dent removal, sanding, and painting while building foundational skills and certifications.

Successful participants will join a structured development track with mentorship, safety training, and opportunities to advance within the company. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
