Gerber Collision & Glass invites motivated individuals to join a hands-on auto body repair program. You will work with an experienced technician, learning dent removal, sanding, and painting while developing essential repair skills.

The 30-day trial leads to eligibility for an 18-month Technician Development Program. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and steady skill growth in a busy shop environment on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods while repairing a vehicle.
• Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Able to visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.
• Able to handle vehicle parts with hands.
• Interest in automotive industry and learning technical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
