Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods in vehicle repair.
• Willing to learn auto body techniques and tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain shop tools safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet timelines and quality standards.
