Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on 30-day trial leading into an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work with experienced technicians to learn auto body repair skills, inspection techniques, and safe operation of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete repairs on time and to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
