Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is offering a hands-on entry program in the automotive repair field. The 30-day trial qualifies participants for an 18-month Technician Development Program, under the guidance of experienced technicians.

You will learn dent removal, sanding, painting, and vehicle inspections while following safety protocols, and you will be prepared to contribute to repair projects with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational training is a plus.
• I-CAR Gold Class is preferred but not required.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and repair planning.
• Collaborate with team to complete repairs on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area organized.
