Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align vehicles, working closely with teammates to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires strong knowledge of body repair methods, tool use, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical program completion or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently to meet KPIs.
• Plan and estimate repair work; prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair body panels using tools and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames; repair glass, interiors, and paint as required.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards and inspect vehicles after repair.
