Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by expertly assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align frames, replace parts, and ensure work meets KPI targets while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.
• Must be able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan and estimate repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, realign chassis, and replace parts as needed.
• Repair or replace glass, interiors, and paint to factory standards.
• Weld and fit parts; inspect vehicles to ensure quality.
