Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to accurately assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence throughout the process.

You will work with a team to meet repair KPIs, follow WOW Operating Way guidelines, and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group at all times. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work safely in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow directions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, and use auto body tools safely.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and refinish with factory or equivalent paint.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and KPI adherence.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
