Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair that returns cars to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

You will plan repairs, prepare estimates, and work with various tools to restore damaged vehicles, replacing parts, welding, painting, and inspecting finished work to ensure quality and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and pliers to repair vehicles.
• Hammer dents, apply filler resins, realign frames, replace damaged parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts and repaint per specs.
